As a dynamic mother-daughter duo, Emma and Carolyn bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to every real estate transaction. Both proud Colorado natives, they offer deep-rooted expertise in the Denver Metro area, having lived and worked in many of its vibrant communities.

Carolyn began her real estate career over 30 years ago, stepping away to raise her three children before returning to her passion—helping buyers and sellers navigate some of the biggest decisions of their lives. With a background in counseling, she brings a unique ability to guide clients through the emotional and financial aspects of real estate with care and confidence.

Emma, following in the family’s real estate footsteps, started in the commercial sector after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder. She now combines her analytical skills, market knowledge, and strong interpersonal connections to serve both residential and commercial clients. Having attended high school in Barcelona, Spain, she developed a love for travel and cultural immersion, which enhances her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
